Everything feels so peaceful today, serene, surreal. I can actually hear the thoughts that run through my head, words dripping off of the rusty pipes that make up my brain. I cn feel my heart beating, slow, then fast, changing with my feelings, my body. The world is moving slowly, pulling it's way through an eerie calm, peaceful, like the kind of books you'd read as a child. My mouth is closed, my tongue, dry. I don't need to speak much today, words don't seem that important. Simply looks and movement, they say everything that needs to be said. He'll be home tonight, and I can feel my fingers twitch, feet twitch, in anticipation. I am waiting for him, just as I have been for these pat seven months, just as I have been my whole life. And in seven simple hours, I won't have to wait anymore. For fifteen days I can stop waiting. hat is what I look foreward too, LIVING. I can start living again. Here I go...
